The terms & conditions will automatically apply when downloading or using the Miinamo App. The Miinamo App, all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to the App, belongs to Miinamo and cannot be copied and/or modified. Also, is not allowed to copy or modify the App, whether partly or entirely in any way. Furthermore, it is not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App.
For the Miinamo App to work, you need to have a functioning internet connection, either through Wifi or through your mobile network provider. In case of latter, Miinamo will not take any responsibility for third party charges while using the Miinamo App, e.g. national or international charges for roaming data.
The Miinamo App will continuously be updated with new features and functionalities. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to update your App regularly in order to make use of the latest features and fixes.
