General inquiries

The Miinamo App does not contain any channels. No information about where or how you can get access to channels or channel packages can or will be provided.

The Tizen App

If you face this issue, please uninstall your App and install the latest version from Samsung App Store again. As long as you install the new version on the same device as before, you will not be asked to pay for the App again.

Miinamo is supported on all Samsung TV's with Tizen from 2018 and onwards. If your TV has an older version, the App will unfortunately not work. If your TV version is 2018 or newer, please contact our support team.

If you have made a payment through our website during your trial period, the App will continue to work seamlessly. If the trial period is over and you haven’t paid, you will get a trial notification when starting the App, asking you to make a payment before you can continue.
